DESIGN CALL

We start with a brief call to chat about your project, aspirations, and scope of work. I can then share my process and see how I can ensure your time, money and energy are well invested.

Home consultation

We'll meet at your home and walk through the space to discuss design details. This appointment is generally 1-2 hours and at the end, I'll provide a project budget estimate and design fee quote.

proposal

Once we've agreed on the direction, I'll send you a formal proposal outlining the scope of the project and our next steps.

presentation meeting

Once we move forward, I start designing your space where I will source all your furniture, create floorplan drawings and put together a budget. We then have a Presentation Meeting, where I will present an imagery package of all selected items, floor plan drawings, and an itemized budget for your review. This will help you visualize the final design.

PROCUREMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once all is approved, we're on to procurement. I will order all items, coordinate trades and track all your goods the entire process. I fully project manage the process from beginning to end.

install

The last step in our design process is the installation. Once all items have arrived, I can then style your space and install all art. I then reconcile your budget and you can enjoy your beautiful new home!
