PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCUREMENT

I will take care of all the ordering, tracking, and coordinating trades through the whole process, keeping you relaxed and stress-free.

CURATING ART & STYLE

Not sure where to start with art or all your extra photos? I can curate your art, wall decor and custom frame your existing photos. Don’t forget about home accessories. I will style your home, putting together the final touches of plants, toss pillows, and all your precious treasures.

Our Vancouver Interior Design Process

1. DESIGN CALL

We start with a brief call to chat about your project, aspirations, and scope of work. I can then share my process and see how I can ensure your time, money and energy are well invested.

2. HOME CONSULTATION

We'll meet at your home and walk through the space to discuss design details. This appointment is generally 1-2 hours and at the end, I'll provide a furniture budget estimate and design fee quote.

3. PROPOSAL

Once we've agreed on the direction, I'll send you a formal proposal outlining the scope of the project and our next steps.

4. PRESENTATION

Once we move forward, I start designing your space where I will source all your furniture, create floorplan drawings & your budget. We then have a Presentation Meeting, where I will present an imagery package of all furniture pieces, drawings of the floorplan, and an itemized budget for your review.

5. PROCUREMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once all is approved, we're on to procurement. I will order all items, coordinate trades and track your goods the entire process. I fully project manage the process from beginning to end.

6. INSTALL

The last step in our design process is the installation. Once all items are delivered to your home, I can then stylize your space and install all art. I will walk through every step of this phase with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. I then reconcile your budget and you can enjoy your beautiful new home.
