01. INITIAL CONSULTATION

You’ll meet with Linda in your home to walk through your spaces, exchange thoughts and ideas on achieving your goals, and define the scope of work for an official project proposal.

02. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN.

Your project kicks off with a comprehensive on-site assessment, taking detailed measurements and photographs of your space while getting to know how you live. We’ll talk about your daily routines, personal style, the pieces and artwork you love, and how you envision feeling in your home. These insights lay the foundation for a thoughtful, cohesive design direction that reflects who you are and the way you want to live.

03. DETAILED DESIGN

With the ultimate vision established, you get to relax while Linda pulls together all the details, from floor plan drawings and colour palettes to finishes, furnishings, and more. You’ll see it all unveiled during your Design Presentation, alongside detailed timing and investment allocation for approval.

04. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Now that you’ve approved the design and selections, we lead the purchasing, vendor coordination, logistics, installation, and countless moving parts — and hours — required to bring your home to life.

05. INSTALLATION & STYLING

It’s time — we place your furniture, install window treatments, hang art, and style the space for the absolute “wow” feel. Come home and prepare for it to take your breath away.

Every project is sourced differently, based on each client's style, desired investment, and lead times. We often source from local Vancouver stores, from our exclusive network of vendors, and/or vetted, trade-only suppliers from around the world. This diversity allows us to find or create the perfect pieces for each client.
Absolutely, and our busy clients love this aspect of full-service design. We oversee sourcing, ordering, receiving, vendor communication, and issue resolution, so each selection stays connected to the complete design and is managed through installation. All while you’re living your wonderful life.
